Our handcrafted sushi platters and Japanese favorites are perfect for corporate meetings, celebrations, family gatherings, and special occasions. We offer customizable catering options, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and other dietary accommodations to help create a menu that's right for your guests.

Each order is beautifully arranged on durable catering trays and bowls with secure dome lids, fully garnished and ready to serve. Simply remove the lid, set it out, and enjoy. All serving trays are disposable and yours to keep. To ensure the quality and presentation of every order, we are unable to plate food on customer-provided serving trays.

Pick-Up Catering Details

• Minimum catering order: $300

• Orders are available for pickup at Sushi Taisho in Carlsbad Village.

• Please place your order as early as possible to guarantee availability.

If your event doesn't meet the catering minimum, we'd still love to serve you. You can place a standard takeout order in advance and schedule a convenient pickup time.

Bring the Sushi Taisho experience directly to your event.

Our chefs will prepare fresh, handcrafted sushi on-site, creating an interactive dining experience your guests won't forget. We'll set up a dedicated sushi station, prepare a selection of appetizers and specialty rolls for guests to enjoy upon arrival, and continue crafting sushi throughout the event. Whenever possible, our chefs can also accommodate individual requests from your guests.

Every catering menu is customized to fit your event and can include vegetarian, gluten-free, and other dietary accommodations.

Looking for something extra? Hot kitchen favorites, premium seafood selections, and specialty menu items can be added to create an even more memorable experience. If your venue has an outdoor grill or cooking space available, our team may also be able to incorporate it into your event menu.

• Minimum of 15 guests

• 2-hour service minimum (plus setup time)

• Chef staffing is based on guest count and selected package

• Executive Chef: $150/hour

• Additional Chefs: $125/hour each
